Lara and Joy understand the challenges of being relocated as they are both spouses of career military members. When they established Hover Girl Properties, they endeavored to help people make that transition as seamless as possible. With over $10 million in Sales this year and a specific expertise with the HAP program, Hover Girl Properties offers a full range of Real Estate services to include Buying, Selling, and Property Management. Hover Girl Properties operates under the Brokerage firm Horizon Realty of North East Florida, LLC, with Joe Saoud, CPA, as our Broker/Managing Member. Tina has been a Navy spouse for more than 12 years and knows relocation! With more than seven years of living experience in Jacksonville, and as the mother of two elementary school-aged kids, she is well equipped to assist in finding the right home at the right time in the right place!
Bobbi Thompson Brennan is a native of the Orange Park/Jacksonville FL area. She has a lifetime of experience with military life, as her father was part of the P-3 Navy for most of a 34 year career, and her husband is also a pilot in the LAMPS community. Bobbi has always loved and excelled in sales. She will continue that excellence in helping friends with trusted management for their rentals when needed, selling if desired, or in finding just the right home, never "just" selling houses to clients. (If you aren't a friend now you will be after meeting her)!
Kris King has recently joined the Hover Girl Properties as a full service agent. The military has been a part of Kris's entire life as she has been a navy spouse for 24yrs. She has been in Jacksonville for 20 of the last 26 years and knows the area! She looks forward to helping with your move to or from Jacksonville in the Sales or Rental market!
Sharon Wildberger has moved from Hover Girl Properties in Hampton Roads to the HGP in JAX as a full service agent. The military has been a part of Sharon's life for 10yrs as she is a Navy Veteran herself and an 06' graduate of USNA. She was stationed in Jacksonville for 3 years and knows the hot spots of where military personnel would like to live. She looks forward to helping you move into Jax and finding you that perfect home or to help you rent/sell when your moving out of the area!

Alison has been
a Navy
wife for 13 years and is familiar with the Navy lifestyle and the
stresses of a military move. She has had multiple tours in the area with her husband, giving this Hover Girl an intimate
working
knowledge of the Jacksonville market. Alison is also very
knowledgeable about the school districts in Jacksonville as she has three
children, two of whom are currently in elementary school.

Leslie Duncan joins us as our Office Administrator and Service Manager. She brings with her 25+ years as a Legal Assistant and many years of Office Administrator experience.
In her Service Manager role, she will be the point of contact regarding any service related matter. In her Office Administrator role, she will assist agents in facilitating credit and background checks of prospective Tenants among many other Administrative roles.
