To submit an application for a property rental, please download and complete the above application form. The form is set up for your convenience so that you can either type your personal data onto the form and print it out, or print out the form and fill in the requested data by hand. Once completed, fax your application along with a photo ID to: (888) 988-9284. Contact your Hover Girl agent regarding the method of payment for Application Fees. Hover Girl Properties now offers the ability to pay application fees and rent by credit card. To pay application fees by credit card, simply click on the link below, select the correct application fee and then check out. CLICK HERE TO PAY APPLICATION FEE! CLICK HERE TO PAY SECURITY DEPOSIT! To pay rent by credit card, contact your Hover Girl property manager before the first of the month, and they will provide you with additional instructions. A transaction charge of $30 will be assessed for each monthly rent payment.
Rent payments can also be dropped off at 8823 San Jose Blvd #308, Jacksonville, FL, 32217 during normal business hours.
