Neva is a wife of an active-duty Navy Corpsman and mother. Neva started her Real Estate career in 2011 in the single-family property management space. In 2013, she transitioned over to the world of real estate investing and redevelopment and hasn’t looked back. For almost a decade, Neva has had her hands in all parts of the business. She has purchased over 400 properties in Southern California and is highly skilled in value-add investments and negotiation.

In her spare time, Neva is an active member of her church, working in youth ministries and avid crossfit athlete.
